My Bohol Vacation 2024
Bohol Vacation 2024 a solo trip
BOHOL one of the many provinces in the Philippines that offers a lot of beauty, water or land activities you will definitely enjoy your stay here.
My first solo vacation ever
I am grateful that finally I was able to visit this province recently, this trip has been delayed for so long as I working abroad for many years. I was having a hard time to match my schedule with my husband, and just a week to go before this trip I was thinking to cancel this once again as my husband’s leave vacation has been rejected on last minute.
However, my mental state seems couldn’t wait any more longer for another postponement of this trip. Due to many stresses, and pressure lately I feel that my body and mind really deserves a quick break.
I finally pursue my solo vacation after a lot of considerations.
Although this is not my first solo trip as I used to travel around when I was still working abroad, this solo trip is still special and different as this is my first leisure vacation alone.
A solo vacation is already in my bucket list for a long time but when you have a family, wife or mother this wish-list and dreams can always be set aside, this is actually on a least priority.
Before pursuing this trip I actually did a lot of prayers, and self encouragement.
My realization from this solo trip
And I am thankful that I finally did it. My time for myself is really refreshing and empowering. While traveling I can feel the good outcome on myself, I feel positive, stronger, and brave again. And during those solo time, I am reminded how blessed I am to have an understanding and supportive husband who let me to do things that will make me hapy – not being alone without him but the fact that he did not let his time unavailabilty become a hindrance for me to see and experience new things on the time that I need it.
Ladies, don’t put yourself in a box for along time always seek a chance even for few hours to have yourself a ‘me time’ this will help you to stay happy and at the same time you can share that happiness to the people you loved.
My experience with this solo vacation was a memorable and indeed happy one. I guess a solo trip will be always on my list once in a while.
And with these amazing places I’ve seen I would say that I am glad I did it.
