• Overall responsibility of driving the optical sales in the retail stores
• Optical Vendor management
• Ensuring optometrists render a consistent high-quality service to customers
• Ensuring strict adherence by optometrists to guidelines and processes deployed by the BU Head
• Inducting and training new Optometrists
• Setting and following Customer complaints resolution process
• Upgrading skills and product knowledge of the team and managing their career path
• Regular upstreaming and feedback to BU head on competition and market intelligence

PROFILE

• Bachelors in Optometry from a reputed institute
• Experience of 10 years & above in the optical and vision care area, with a substantial part in the retail eyewear domain
• Preferably should have worked in a Retail eyewear chain and managed a team of optometrists.
• Should possess leadership qualities with good communication and presentation skills
