Sounds too much but this is real, the first time I tried Ube Cheese Pandesal I feel want to cry, it is such a comfort food.

Anyways, Ube or Purple Yum was my all-time favorite. For me, Ube is the best Filipino dessert, it is so good that a lot of different sweet items is in this flavor.

From the candies, cakes, ice cream, bread, and now even in pandesal wow this flavor is such an in demand.

Pandesal or pan de sal is a Filipino and Spanish for “salt bread”

it is a common and popular bread roll in the Philippines. Made of flours, eggs, yeast, sugar, and salt. Normally we love to dip it in hot chocolate, milk, or coffee. Though you can eat it as is if you prefer to. We love to have pandesal during breakfast or afternoon snack. Some of the spreads that are good with this bread are margarine, cheese, jam, peanut butter, or chocolate spread. Believe it or not, it is great as well with eggs, sardines, and meatloaf.

Ube Ensaimada is just one of the many flavors of this bread in the Philippines. It is available in different sizes and shapes as well. Good to have it while hot along with a hot chocolate drink.
