Job Role:
- Create, update and close projects or change requests in a PM software real-time
- Assist with the team BA or PM during various phases of a project (analysis, set up, testing, closure)
- Carry out user testing
- Create supporting project documentation (project plans, closure, user manuals, reports)
- Effectively communicate with developers and consultants (whether contractual or outsourced) on call and email
- Ensure all team members are updated about project changes
- Conduct follow-ups with team members to ensure tasks are on track
- Update stakeholders of the project status and conduct training
- Proactively offer ideas to further optimize the business or the unit’s processes
- Adhere to tight deadlines
*Applicants who do not have 2 years of experience in a project role but have experience launching or coordinating business improvement projects may also apply.
Basic Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business or IT
- At least 2 years experience in a project related role*
- At least 1-year experience setting up cloud systems and CRMs like Zendesk, Salesforce, etc. is a major plus
- Competent Microsoft Office or Google Docs skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Be a strong team player, yet be confident in working independently
- Versed in using PM software
- Tech-savvy
