Job Role:
- Work on and support key employee life cycle processes, primarily pay services.
- Input, update, and maintain all HR related data in a timely manner.
- Maintain the accuracy of the information and key changes as and when necessary and by deadlines, as required
- Take ownership of employee contacts and requests ensuring that each contact is accepted and resolved with a high degree of customer focus.
- Meet SLAs set for processes and KPIs set for the role.
- Carry out audits and checks on data changes to ensure accurate and timely payment of the employee population.
- Maintain, manage, and regularly audit all employee information and electronic personnel files.
- Participation in the continuous improvement of HR processes.
- Communicate effectively both verbally and in written form with employees and key stakeholders to explain and resolve queries and concerns. This could be via email, phone, and chat/instant messaging.
- Participate effectively in adhoc projects assigned.
Basic Requirements
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum 2 years of work experience in HR administration/HR Shared Service Center in a similar role
- Basic knowledge of HR processes and systems
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Ability to manage confidential and sensitive information, adhering to strict standards
- Ability to work in under pressure, changing environments being flexible
