Job Role:

•  Be actively involved in the Sales & Marketing Department in order to maximize sales & revenues.
•  Ensure compliance with Accor, minimum standards pertaining to Sales & Marketing.
•  Maintaining existing Corporate & GCC accounts and sourcing new business to achieve the hotel’s targeted occupancy and room revenue.
• Conduct sales call to existing and prospective corporate & GCC accounts as per areas assigned by DOSM.
• Maintenance of all sales activities and account information in the Sales Database.
• In conjunction with the Sales Team, preparation, and action of monthly sales activities plan.
• Entertaining of qualified clients within the hotel F&B Outlets.
• Attend and assist in the coordination of hotel functions as requested by DOSM.

Basic Requirements:

• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Good knowledge of Dubai & UAE sales market.
• Good communication & negotiation skills.
• Ability to work under pressure
• Good knowledge in dealing with computers and computer programs, including Microsoft Word, PowerPoint
