•Overseeing daily business operations developing and implementing.
•Serve as a primary local contact and maintain strong relationships with clients.
•Ensuring that facilities meet government regulations and environmental, health, and security standards.
•Overseeing how to meet a new clients and getting a new contract for company business development.
•Overseeing building projects, renovations, or refurbishments.
•Making reports and written recommendations.
